U.S. Prosecutes Former CIA Chief In Algeria

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- A former CIA station chief in Algeria has been indicted
on charges of rape.
Andrew Warren, regarded as one of the top Arabists in the CIA, was
charged with raping an unconscious Algerian woman in February 2008. On June
30, the 41-year-old former CIA station chief in Algeria surrendered to
federal agents.
