Saudis Receive First Eurofighters
ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Saudi Arabia has received the first Eurofighter aircraft
from Britain.
Two Eurofighter Typhoons arrived in the Saudi kingdom on June 29 in the
launch of a fighter-jet project that could reach $32 billion. The Typhoons,
which flew to the King Fahd air base in Taif, marked the first of 72
Eurofighters ordered by the Royal Saudi Air Force from BAE Systems.
