Russia Outlines Military Deals In Libya

MOSCOW [MENL] -- For the first time, Russia has outlined its military
projects in Libya.
Russia's state-owned arms export agency Rosoboronexport said it was
administering five military contracts in Libya. The Russian contracts were
said to have included a main battle tank upgrade and the supply of spare
parts for the Libyan Air Force.
