AL QAIDA CALLS FOR WAR AGAINST SAUDIS

LONDON [MENL] -- Al Qaida has called on its tens of thousands of supportersto wage war against Saudi Arabia. In a manifesto published on the Internet, Al Qaida outlined the strategyof the Islamic insurgency group. Al Qaida said Saudi Arabia represents thethird campaign against the West and its supporters in the Arab and Muslimworld.
