ALGERIA, PAKISTAN LAUNCH SECURITY COOPERATION

CAIRO [MENL] -- Algeria and Pakistan have launched security cooperation thatappears to focus on the joint battle against Islamic insurgents. Algerian government-aligned newspapers have published details of thesecurity cooperation accord between Algiers and Islamabad. The cooperationaccord called for the mutual extradition of suspected insurgents.
