GREECE, TURKEY TO OBTAIN MISSILE SUPPORT

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States plans to continue the supply ofsea-based missiles and support to Greece and Turkey. The Bush administration has approved the continuation of the supply ofthe Evolved Seasparrow missile, or ESSM, to the militaries of Greece andTurkey. Ankara and Athens will receive the missile as part of U.S. aid toNATO allies in Europe.
