PAC-3 EXPECTED TO BE SOLD TO U.S. ALLIES IN 2004

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States expects to complete negotiations forthe first foreignsales of the PAC-3 in 2004. Lockheed Martin executives said negotiations were advancing with severalforeign customers for the PAC-3 missile defense system. The executives saidthey expect at least one contract to be signed this year.
