U.S. UPGRADES JDAM

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has launched a project to upgradesmart weapons procured by several allies in the Middle East. The upgrade was meant to enhance the capabilities of air bombs forground targets. The U.S. project would ensure that these bombs detonateabove theground in a move which would increase lethality.
