Al Qaida Rejects Salafist Groups In Gaza

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Al Qaida has rejected Salafist militias in the Gaza
Strip, a report said.
The report by the Washington Institute said Al Qaida has refused to
sponsor a series of Salafist militias for operations against the West. The
report, authored by a former senior Israeli intelligence official, said Al
Qaida has failed to adopt the Gaza militias or establish an affiliate in the
Levant.
