Hamas Remains Cautious In Gaza

JERUSALEM [MENL] -- The Hamas regime has maintained a policy of caution
since the war with Israel in 2009, a report said.
The open-source arm of the Israeli intelligence community asserted that
Hamas has been avoiding another war with Israel for more than three years.
The Israeli-financed Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center said
Hamas was working on several goals, including consolidating rule in the Gaza
Strip and recruiting operatives to spread Islam in Israel and the West Bank.
