MB Unmoved By U.S. Military Aid

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Egypt's ruling Muslim Brotherhood appears unaffected by
threats to end U.S. military aid.
A leading U.S. analyst said the Brotherhood wants American military aid
of $1.3 billion a year to Egypt to continue. But the analyst, who just
returned from meetings with the Islamist movement and others asserted that
the administration of President Barack Obama should not expect U.S. military
aid to change policies of the new government in Cairo.
