U.S. Firm Develops NVG Systems

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- A leading U.S. defense firm has developed enhanced
night-vision systems for U.S. and export sales.
ITT Corp. has been working to develop a digital variant of night-vision
goggles for the U.S. Army. The company, based in Roanoke, Va., has provided
several prototypes of the new Digital Enhanced Night Vision Goggle, or ENVG
[D], for army evaluation.
