PA Demands End To Training In Jordan

RAMALLAH [MENL] -- The Palestinian Authority, amid increasing criticism of
U.S.-led training, has demanded that security forces undergo training only
in the West Bank.
PA officials said the government has determined that the U.S.-led
training that has taking place in Jordan was costly and failed to fulfill
Palestinian
requirements. They said training programs in the West Bank town
of Jericho were much more effective.
