CAIRO [MENL] -- Egypt is helping draft an Israeli-Palestinian peace accordto serve as a focus of a second leadership summit at Camp David next monthas U.S. envoy Dennis Ross arrived with new ideas to bridge the gaps innegotiating positions. Egyptian officials have met with both Israeli and Palestiniannegotiators. On Wednesday, Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Mussa andpresidential adviser Osama El Baz sat for hours with a Palestiniandelegation, headed by PLO Executive Committee secretary Mahmoud Abbas toformulate the draft.
