SAUDIS BEHEAD CONVICTED DRUG DEALER

NICOSIA [MENL] -- With nearly four months left, Saudi Arabia has beheadedthis year nearly the same number of people as in 1999. On Sunday, a convicted Saudi drug dealer was beheaded in the easternprovince of Hafer Baten. An Interior Ministry statement in Riyad said MadiRbaihan Hamad Jamili was charged with smuggling hashish.
