RUSSIA TO SELL CHINA AIR-TO-AIR MISSILES

MOSCOW [MENL] -- Russia is close to finalizing a deal to sell China at least100 medium-range air-to-air missiles. The move comes despite the decision by U.S. President Bill Clinton topostpone the deployment of a national defense system. Russia and Chinahave called for the cancellation of the project.
