HEIGHTENED INTEREST REPORTED IN EGYPTIAN GAS

CAIRO [MENL] -- Egypt has reported heightened interest in its natural gas. Officials said that so far 12 countries want to buy Egyptian gas. Theysaid this could ensure the future of the nascent industry for the nextdecade.
