IRAQ AND SYRIA PLAN NEW OIL PIPELINE

NICOSIA [MENL] -- Iraq and Syria are continuing efforts to launch a new oilpipeline. The plans are being discussed in Baghdad during the current visit bySyrian Prime Minister Mustafa Miro. The pipeline would replace an olderpipeline reopened in November after being closed since 1982.
