RUSSIA PRESENTS T-55 UPGRADE TO MIDEAST CLIENTS

MOSCOW [MENL] -- Russia has presented a T-55 upgrade to former clients ofthe Soviet Union. The upgrade is meant to cash in on the aging T-55 fleets in several Arabcountries. The upgrade is also meant to respond to efforts by Belarus andUkraine to capture the market.
