GCC, EU DISCUSS GAS EXPORTS

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- The Gulf Cooperation Council is discussing the export ofnatural gas to Western Europe. The plan is being discussed by a joint committee of the GCC and theEuropean Union. Officials said an EU office will be established in the Saudicapital of Riyad to pursue the issue. The office will represent the EU toall six GCC members.
