QATAR HOLDS FIRST MILITARY TALKS WITH IRAQ

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Iraq and Qatar have held their first official militarytalks since the 1991 Gulf war. Officials said the talks took place in Doha on Monday. They saidrepresentatives of the two countries discussed military cooperation.
