U.S. INTENDS TO SELL FRIGATES TO TURKEY

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The Bush administration intends to sell two navalfrigates to Turkey in an estimated $110 million deal. The Pentagon has notified Congress of plans to sell Turkey two OliverHazard Perry class frigates with associated equipment and services. TheDefense Security Cooperation Agency said the sale could reach $110 million.
