MOROCCO ADVANCES TOWARD NUKE REACTOR

LONDON [MENL] -- Moroco is advancing toward completion of its first nuclearreactor. Western diplomatic sources said Rabat will begin operations of itsnuclear facility by 2004. They said the facility will cost $15 million andwill comprise a power generator capable of producing one kilowatt ofelectricity.
