IRAQ CAN'T CLOSE SAUDI BORDER

BAGHDAD [MENL] -- Iraq has failed to prevent the flow of insurgents, weaponsand funding from Saudi Arabia. Officials said that despite Baghdad's efforts, Al Qaida continues to sendoperatives, funding and explosives into Iraq. They said the U.S.-ledcoalition has also failed to block or reduce the flow of support toSunni insurgents in Iraq.
